I had to cancel my order and, honestly... getting a clear answer was frustrating. They did respond, but it felt like I had to keep following up every few days just to know what was going on. The refund did come through in the end, but way later than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, I guess, but yeah... I probably wouldn’t use them again if there’s any chance my plans might change.

I got my Mets tickets and the seats were basically the same section and row that showed up when I ordered. No random switch or anything weird at the gate. It was all straightforward, which is kind of all I was hoping for, honestly.
